Applicants can avail the photocopy service at a cost of 0.50 AZN (per page) at the Visa Application Centre.

Current cost of this service is also provided in the Visa Fee table – of course this remains an optional service. Please speak to the Submission Officer at the Visa Application Centre for more details.

Our staff will complete the Visa Application Form on your behalf for additional payment. If you wish to avail this service, you should inform Submission Officer when you arrive at the VAC.

Travel Insurance is mandatory for travelling to Slovakia. You may get your travel insurance from any authorized insurance company or click here if you wish to avail this optional service now.

Optional service of purchase of Travel Insurance is also available in the Visa Application Centre. Please, contact our Submission officer in order to guide you to the representative of the Insurance Company present at the Visa Application Centre for more details and cost of the Travel Insurance policy.

BLS offers Photography services which enables the applicants to get their photographs as per the specifications laid down by the Embassy of Slovakia, Baku (Azerbaijan).

Azerbaijan is a fairly wide spread country and distances to travel from one place to another can be time consuming, expensive and of course tiring. To facilitate applicants, the Application Centre has contracted with the courier company in Azerbaijan where your passport/documents can be returned through a courier service. With an excellent track record, the courier company is able to deliver packages in almost every part of Azerbaijan at your doorsteps – saving applicants lot of time and money!

Current cost of this service is 10 AZN per person and details are provided in the Visa Fee table as well – of course this remains an optional service. Please speak to the Submission Officer at the Visa Application Centre for more details.

After the visa application will be processed by the Embassy Of Slovakia, your passport will be sent to you by courier company. Delivery time takes 1-2 days. The courier will contact you.

All charges must be paid in cash at the time of submission. You need to provide proof of identity of the applicant or the representative at the time of collecting the shipment through courier.
